It’s a bad job market. Everyone’s an expert in ATS. Most of the messaging that’s floating around about resumes is designed to make us palatable to a system that doesn't always have our best interests at heart.

This leaves a lot of us confused, exhausted, and stuck.

You could use an AI tool like this one or this to make your resume, but it’s easy to spot and usually void of proof that a human has ‘X’ experience.

Everyone has access to AI. That's the problem. When every resume starts sounding and looking the same, they all get a rejection. It’s a hypocritical problem that we’re all facing. While it’s being figured out, better to create something from actual human hands and thoughts.
